I prefer IC when I'm with someone else and MB when I'm by myself. There has never been a woman who could give me a HJ that got me off (and forget about a BJ 'cause I dislike those). I think it has to do with sensatory feedback and the whole process of "getting to orgasm" where no one else hits the same nerves that I do. IC by itself is not for the sensations... it's for the act itself (at least for me).
So, friction needs to be properly placed to have an effect. I don't know if pressure has any affect on me... unless you're talking about the pressure to finish so I can roll over and go to sleep.
