Chris, I have never tasted my own breastmilk cause the thought gives me the willies (don't know why) but H used to take a big swig if he was going to be feeding baby with a bottle and I was leaving. I asked him one time what it tasted like and he said "melted ice cream".
So my version of 'ice cream' does not have tasty bits inside it, but the tapper itself could be classified as a tasty bit, imo.
Sorry to all those who get squeamish at the thought of bf'ing! LOL
I can joke about it but I think I'd have a hard time taking a swig of it, like H did.
