Hehe... sort of sounds like my W. She has to snooze the alarm clock 3-4 times before she gets up, and I know better than to "start something" during that time because of a comment she once made as she rolled over to get away from me: "c'mon, what are you doing? I need 2 more snoozes." Yes, well, after THAT... I get out of bed first and go downstairs to start my day, usually at the 1st or 2nd snooze. If she doesn't want sex first thing in the morning during the week, then I'm not giving her the chance to change her mind and attack me!! So there!

Sure, why shouldn't he be confident? With so many kids and no other way to support yourself besides relying on his salary, where are you going? As far as the "kids are grown" thing, I look forward to the day that my W will feel more confident that the kids don't need "constant maintenance" (you know, when they can feed themselves and dress themselves and get themselves out of the house, etc. etc.). Then, if she's not distracted by crochet projects too much, maybe we'll ML more.
