You reminded me of what happened last night - we were watching TV, and H asked if there was any 'fresh' coke (I had made him a snack, but the bottle of coke I brought out was apparently a little flat)
M: Yes, downstairs.
H: looks at me strangely...gets up in a huff, 'You mean I have to go get it myself?'
