Good Morning Pam!

I love reading about your new adventures, your home, your new friendship with girlfriend/neighbor.

Sending you hugs.

Hi PIB,

My new neighbor has been so much help. I definitly feel this was the house I was meant to buy.

Came home from work. It is a beautiful day outside so that helped pick me up a bit on the drive home.

I am aching and bruised all over. Don't have any motivation and feel totally wiped out.

Do have almost all of my stuff out of PK, including the dogs stuff.

Turns out the water there still had a small leak and the carpet is soaked. I now have the whole house water shut off.

D won't acknowledge any of the vm's or e-mail's I have left/sent him about PK.

We seem to be not communicating at all now.

Today would have been our six year anniversary. So I almost moved out six years to the day I moved into PK.

I think I'm going to go crawl in a hole for a while and see if I can have a good cry and get this out of my system.

Pam --

Sending you hugs.

I'm sorry that he's not responding to your VM's...his loss.

Take good care of yourself today.

Thank you Sage.

I feel bad about the house and would help him if he wanted to try to work on getting any of the water out.

I am just too exhausted to try to drag the huge shop vac in to work on it.

I really do just about ache all over and feel sort of weak. I am also very colorful right now.

I took a short nap, all I could manage as the workers are doing lots of hammering next door, which of course requires regular bouts of sheltie barking.

But even that helped!

Hi Pam,

Doesn't sound like your Monday is going very well .

Maybe D's remembering this too, thus the reason he won't return your calls..hmmmm...

Cathy

P.S. What's PK? You are talking about you and D right?

Hi Cathy,

PK is just what D and I call the house we have as those are the initials of the road it is on.

I left him vm's all weekend about the water in the house. Also sent him e-mail as was afraid he might not get the vm's. He just isn't responding to them.

Progress: Fence guy came and marked for fence last night, the material is supposed to be delivered today and he is planning to start this evening.

The workers are supposed to be in today to finish up my house, not counting on this being the last trip but should be a lot closer.

My friend who hung my ceiling fan almost cut the tip of his finger off Friday night but says he thinks he will feel better by Wednesday and come down to hang my last light fixture, hook up my dryer and work on the ceiling fan and light that quit working.

Sunday neighbor and I met for breakfast before she went to work and then I went to Home Depot. Blinds for the living room are on order, I have some for my bedroom, the kids room, the small kitchen window and got some of the temporary shades for the office and dinning room as I'm not sure what I want to put in them yet.

G may come over after his meeting with my CPA friend Wednesday night and help me hang some of my blinds.

Hi Pam

It's great that you are keeping busy and therefore happy, and that you have made new friends, I just KNEW that would happen!

D obviously has some, shall we say, problems... I would concentrate on what Pam is going to do next, after the house is all fixed.

Good Morning LnL,

Oh wow I wish the house was done!!! I have spent a good part of the morning trying to get stuff shuffled around so they can work on the house today.

I still don't know where I am going to put everything and since I have moved most of it over now it is in stacks.

But, I did make progress in my kitchen so that feels good.

I really don't know what is up with D but I think now that I am pretty much out I am just going to drop the rope. He knows how to get ahold of me if he needs me.

My new neighbor is great and I am reconnecting a bit with friends from my past.
