I forgot about this thread but it reminded me of something.
I usually listen to music from the computer, and make play list that will play songs I have grouped together. My S4 tends to like the music that I listen to so I made a disk from one of my play list so we can listen in the car. S4 is very good at listening to the lyrics and asking what the singer is talking about (Ms HDsocal seldom notices the lyrics). My most recent play list included;
Ever Fallen in love with someone (you should have fallen in love with) from the Buzzcocks If I Cant Change Your Mind From Sugar Galaxy 500 from Rev. Horton Heat Gone Baby Gone from the Violent Femmes Love Will Tear Us Apart Again from Joy Division Mother of Pearl from Roxy Music
All great songs, but as we were listening to them, S4 would ask from the back seat, whats this song about or ask questions about particular lyrics, funny thing, damn near same answer to every song, boy meets girl - falls in love - doesn't work out - either gets pissed or waits pathetically.
Either;
a) just a common theme in music b) you pick themes you can relate to c) I am a victim of 'rock & roll'
