No snow in San Diego, but we will be going to a ski resort for four days starting on Sunday, then back home just in time for Xmas. Poor H can't ski, though, as he just got his appendix out last week and his surgeon tells him he risks a nasty hernia if he pulls those internal stitches. Ellie
