100 lbs. plus 5 lbs for every inch

I'm assuming you mean every inch above 5 feet?

That would put me at 140, which is very healthy for my height, but makes me feel a little meaty on my smaller-boned frame. I feel my best about 5 pounds lighter, and that's where I generally hover.

I guess it depends on your muscle mass, as muscle weighs more than fat.

Anyway, it's such great news for your D.
