Ah, the Uffizi in Florence. Been there twice and will go back again when I can. I love Florence. There are wonderful restaurants that are absolutely exquisite. Had a shrimp and champaigne rissoto that was to die for, and the most incredible Florentine steak I had ever had the last time I was there. Italians understand the erotic power of food, that it is meant to be an experiance that could lead to an even more tantelizing experiance.....
