Mo, I am laughing at how similar we are. I just made an eggplant lasagna not too long ago (also had zucchini in it, HD). In addition to that, just reading Tomato Pie is making my mouth water and I love oatmeal so much that I probably would have bought two 80 pounders. Oh and I have the book "Feed your family on $50 a week or less" (I think that's what it's called) The author lives about 20 minutes from me and so her advice and tips really resonate with me, since she references local stores, etc.
Isn't that interesting that we have similar food and budgetary traits!
