It is called For Better, Forever by Gregory Popcak.

It is the only Catholic relationship book I could find that I thought would help us. The rest were too focused on doctrine, etc, and not enough practical advice.

This one is really good and though there is one chapter that is obviously Catholic (talks about the benefits of not using birth control), the rest of it is so diverse that it could be applied to any marriage.

If nothing else it is getting my H and I talking about topics that are so personal that they require a large amount of intimacy between the two people. It has not always felt 'comfortable' to answer the questions, but who ever said growth was comfy?
