GOOD!

I was so worried that I'd upset you.

Just trying to help you get to the bottom of your well of resentment.

You know, it occurred to me this past weekend that we all have done grievous wrongs to our spouses. I mean, MrH could easily compile a list of why he would be justified in leaving me. I could do the same for him.

No one is perfect and people make horrible, almost unforgivable mistakes. The only thing that seems to ease it is time and a willingness to move past your own resentment. Otherwise you could stay enamored of those ill feelings forever. In some sick way, it feels good to hold on to them, doesn't it.

I will tell you what you already know, though: It feels even better to slowly let them go for good.

Your husband sounds like a good man who made the same horrendous choice, over and over again. I'm not sure why, but he did.

I suppose my point is: Don't we all?

Good luck to you, and have a good weekend!

I'll be thinking of you..
