Like the new thread, love the eight steps to finding happiness - especially the accentuate the positive (since I use that on all my posts!)
Find that list to be so true - exercise is my escape for only two hours a week - but if I miss it, I really miss it! And it helps keep the weight I've lost off too!
So when is moving day? How close is your new home to being finished? There are always delays, so don't let them get to you...just use the time to get everything packed that you don't use day to day. Just keep out the things you would if you were going on a couple week vacation. Pack the dishes and use paper plates even! LOL!
Keep calm, think of the rewards ahead!
