You have been down a hard road. But you are strong and you will survive.

I have been gone on vacation for the last two weeks. I drove all the way out to Michigan and then all the way to San Diego to deliver my son's car to him and then all the way back to Minnesota. That was a lot of driving. I did get to stop and see Rae Jean in Utah. She made a BBQ for me. She is really sweet.

So keep up the good work. Read, exercise, and keep up the PMA.
