Here's one I came up with recently.

I think the proper therapy is to have H massage them (both have to be massaged as a preventative treatment) at least 1x daily until aroused (H aroused that is). After that, he's got to repetitively move your body enough to jiggle the boobs at least until you climax. Make sure he doesn't miss a single day! Oh, and he's got to initiate it if you 'forget' to prompt him. A single missed day could have dire consequences. This treatment must continue at least until the end of the P, and really should be done until long after the lumpectomy.
