we just replaced our unworking dishwasher...for some reason or other we had let the replacement lapse for um, 18 months... BUT now we have a new one and I actually LIKE doing dishes!

Hooray for appliances!

I stayed with the package diswhasher, it seemed nice. He said it wasn't the quietest model but it has a delay where I can turn it on to start after I am in bed.

Yep, modern conveniences!!!

The salesman backdated my microwave purchase as there is a $30 rebate that ended at the end of July.

Took all the kids in the van and drove up to my parents last night. Got dad to sign the papers I needed and went up to see the new foal. It is so cute.

Double checking this morning and dad missed signing a paper.

Got some really cute puppy pictures of Frostbyte back that had given mom the roll of film to have developed for some pictures on it that my sister wanted.

The kids were SOOOO excited to go someplace. They hadn't been for a ride in a long time.

Shara has another herding lesson this weekend so I'm sure she will enjoy that activity!

Need some advice from some folks that are good at self control. I'm not, as you all well know.

Think I need to drop contact with CHL again. It may be that he has more going on at work but I haven't felt the last few convo's have been as light hearted and fun.

It isn't really hard to NOT contact him as he is almost impossible now days to reach and I WON'T call J's house to talk with him.

There is no reason for us to have any contact. It had just seemed we had both been rather enjoying the joking around.

Just trying to figure what my best approach to controlling myself might be.
