Hi Kristy,

I am so glad these helped you, I know my reading this morning really helped me in calming and centering myself.

The afternoons are always more difficult for me, but today hasn't been too bad.

Girlfriend,

You have been doing some thinking (and cutting and pasting too ). I am so proud of you for focusing on something positive to get yourself (for lack of a better word) centered. You go girl.

Pam

LOL

Well, I wasn't too happy about yesterday, so today set out to work on myself some more!

Afternoons tend to suck.

Tonight I'm hoping to get something done around here.

I will probably get smacked here, but do you suppose CHL is giving me the time to get my Zoloft renewed again before the papers come?

I have definitely decided that if I get the chance I will get the refill!

Hey PIB,

I was wondering when you and H are switching to mornings for your workout?

Maybe it will encourage me if I think of you guys up and working out as well.

Although I am guessing you are probably a few hours behind me time zone wise.

Found this on Slowy's thread and it seemed to fit where I am at right now.

Good Morning PIB,

I will check out your thread as soon as you post then. Which I do anyway!

So last night around 9 I decided to do my sink. I had been wanting to do it for some time now and finally motivated myself.

So this morning one side of it looks great! Tonight the other side.

I really think maybe when that tooth was pulled and I felt so sick that the infection was dragging me down because I seem to have a bit more energy now. Not great but better.

Pretty much stayed busy most of the evening last night.

So, your goal is to start exercising next week!

How do you plan to start?

Anything you can do with any of your dogs?

Perhaps a 15 min walk in your neighborhood, first thing in the morning?

Look at all the exciting possibilities!!

Hugs!
