Well, it seems that JJ locked out My Last Thread before I could put a link to this one.
I really do not know if I should start a new thread here or move over to surviving the Big D. C seems to be on one of her push away moods lately and I really do not want to give her the opportunity to pull me in again just to then push me away. So, I will work on my house and leave her alone, then work on a new relationship with someone that knows what they want.
I got all my things from her place except all my things from the shed (SA says that I can leave my things there as needed) and my hot tub (SA says the same thing). But I did remember 2 other things too. I have a bird house in her front yard and it is still occupied so I will leave it for now. Also, I have a chair that she is using in the bathroom when she puts on her makeup. I will need to get that soon.
House is comming along fine. I have a new stove (glasstop), Pool is working fine. my Bedroom should be finished today, (Painter got the room on Friday but is doing the trim today) It will be nice to get the rest of my things from the Apartment tho. (washer/dryer, Living room stuff, Dining room table and chairs, and my bedroom suit.)
When I move it all into the house I plan on taking a 10 day vacation - I have been to all of the lower 48 except 3 out in the midwest, Utah, New Mexico and Colorado, so on the 6th of August I will point my trusty old Durango west and Drive. On top of being a nice vacation, it will put me out of town on the anniversary of the Bomb.
Grand son (13) has been out of town all summer and has just got back into town. He is very eager to see my new home and so I will have him over tonight to grill out a steak (he loves steaks) and to check out my place. Should be a fun night.
Well better go get back to work, my boss does not like me taking too much time to post here.
