I bought some weight tapes from Joyce Vedral, (not sure spelled that name right), but never got to using them but one time I think. I kept thinking I would do the Walk away the pounds tape and get in better shape then add the weight tape to alternate between. But I quit doing the walking tape a month or so ago.

Besides I did see that is a basic difference that you do like challenges and I generally don't. I seem to get discouraged too easily.

I had a check up this spring I think it was when I was in to have the Zoloft dosage adjusted. She didn't see any problems at that time.

I never did go back and tell her I thought the 150 mg worked better so I am still on 100 mg so guess that will make it quicker to get off of it.

I am enjoying doing different things with the dogs.
