Address this NOW, because the more you stick around, the harder it will be to leave---as you acquire material goods, such as houses, cars, etc., it just makes it seems like you have more reasons to stay together. Herbal or homeopathic remedies are crap. The only thing that might work for him is a scrip for testosterone, and you know that the only way you can get that for him is if a doctor checks him out, which you say is not likely.
