I am saving my first ej until Friday and I desperately hope there is no kick in the balls pain.

I don't think I even waited 24 hours, if I remember correctly. No pain. Everything worked.

I have a different attitude now though and am looking forward to a future of 3 times per month (I wish ).

I'll hope, on your behalf, that it's more like 3X/wk...
