Oh my dear friend - indeed. I know from depression - here's a good recipe. Go rent a powerwasher - powerwash your entire house, then scrape, sand, prime and paint. Trust me - you'll go days without thinking of anything and the white noise in your head will consume all other thoughts and you'll fall into bed so exhausted you can't even dream!
