Hey slowly,

Glad to hear things are going well. Keep focusing on the positive things. I think it is really hard sometimes to stop the questions about the OP.

I have never asked those kinds of questions when I'm happy, only when I'm upset.

As soon as I start to get upset, I do something that will get me in a better frame of mind, or think of something that makes me happy. I find it is a lot easier to make myself happy as soon as I start to be upset, than is to not ask the wrong questions when I'm already upset.

Things I think of to make me happy:

1. Life is beautiful.
2. Although we're going through tough times, we're blessed with so much.
3. My nephew (3mos) smiling
4. Scenes from my favorite movies/TV shows
5. The first time I met my W
