Uhm, yep, you do. Although the episode you mentioned doesn't seem to extreme in the crazymaking world, I think it still was unnecessary.
But from my viewpoint, you listed more positives than negatives, which leads me to think that your focusing on the positives. Which is good in my book.
But yes, there will be neg's. If we can become adept at recognizing these times and backing off, cooling down and thinking DB all the way, these times may get further and further in between one another.
