There’s nothing you could have said that would have made me happier – GO YOU, GIRL! It’s one of the best-kept secrets of the medical world that regular exercise is a key contributor to a happy, healthy and relaxed sense of well-being. As far as feeling upbeat and optimistic goes, exercise has been proven to be on par with having a stable circle of friends, and even a regular sex life – not that the last two are not good things to have. And that’s just for starters. If we exercise regularly, and our body image improves along with our sense of well-being, the sky’s the limit for a woman’s PMA. Did I mention GO YOU???

I’m also someone who finds imagery, illustrations, and metaphors helpful, so I’m glad my “fiendish” piece spoke to you. The wonderful thing about this board is how we can all learn from each other!
