It's time for a new thread! We can thank Pen for having to do this so quickly since she likes stirring up the pot here in Piecing. I'm glad someone else feels up to it!

Here's the link to the previous thread:

Friends, Squatters and Lurkers--Life in a Fishbowl

Pen last left off asking us what would we think if our WAS were to tell us they desired reconciliation or a move back home--as they are (not how they used to be) and as we are now (not how we were before the split). Basically starting over with a new R.

I answered mine on the previous thread, and it wasn't much of an answer... perhaps she'll have a new and more fun assignment today?

Cheers!

Betsey

Hiya Betsy!

Thank you for your help yesterday! I appreciate it!

And thank you for posting on your last thread that you were creating a new thread!

That let me toggle your new thread as a favorite..instead of wondering why things suddenly got so quiet!!

Hey Honey,

I saw your intriguing post to me on the old thread... You've successfully piqued my interest. Let me know when you post and I'll come up and read.

Hi Betsey,

Nice, shiny new thread! But as for me coming up with not only an assignment, but a fun assignment, I’m afraid I’ll have to pass for right now. We’re having his three kids and their friend over tomorrow for a few days, and the house is a mess. At the moment, I only have a (not-so-fun) assignment for Pen: Flylady stuff!!

I’ll try to post a bit later this evening – but I have no doubt all you brilliant people here will not lack things to talk about, with or without me!

Enjoy your day!

Hi Betsey!
(Pam, don't worry, it was me she was talking to.. )

Well, I didn't mean to throw a carrot out there and never follow up. I just was not in the mood to post, that's all. Sometimes I get in these reverse field of dreams moods where I think that if I DON'T post, then I will have nothing to post ABOUT.
Also, some days I am in the mood to spill my guts and some days I'm not. On the days when I'm not, I tend to stay away lest I drudge up some feelings that otherwise would not have been there, kwim.

Anyway, I finally did write it all out as coherently as I could. It is in my thread in the SSM forum and should be the very last post. Things are well-but-boring in my neck of the woods.

Hope all is well with you!

Hi Honey,

I figured that out after a minute. But, when I first read it!

Hey Honey Pot (did I differentiate properly?)!

I posted a reply to your beautifully written--and very coherent--post up at your place. Wow!!! Now, does this give you enough reason to start posting down here and offering your two cents worth to those of us who can benefit?

For the record, I'm just dangling on my bungee cord here in the atmosphere and loving the euphoric feeling of being weightless. My colleagues have all noticed as well. Pen, would you get to work? I'd feel for you, but my cleaning lady arrives today, and I don't do housework anymore...

Housework sucks!

Gee, do you have to rub it in?

Actually right now housework is my only source of exercise, gotta change that!
