I can't understand that frame of mind either when people complain about their weight but dish up the ice cream anyway. Either you want the delicious food and you are willing to live with the consequences (in which case I respect your decision) or you want to lose weight and you understand that the consequences of THAT decision is to ditch the i.c. Can't have it both ways!
