I never learned a proper Irish jig (nor could I master the step dancing), Triple J! So it was just free form dancing to Cuban music and a great energetic CD I bought at the yoga studio.
Sun, I'd call it excellent karma. You've earned it. I think many things have come to me well before I was ready for them. I've learned that I can decide when I am ready, that I can choose to make myself ready, that I can do many things other than react to the situation. Great lesson.
