I'm with you on the FFA--where can we send it? I was told to help my D6 (very anxious, pulling out her hair) to blow up a pretend balloon of pretty colors and fill it with hard things from the day and send it off....I don't know if it helps (the idea is to get them breathing more deeply and to at least surface the bad things) but the kids like the exercise. More Californiese, eh, not something I learned where I grew up .
