Well, my counter offer was accepted. I feel scared.

My realtor says I should be excited! I know that, but it is also sad, sort of the final closing of a chapter in my life.

She said I will discover I am much stronger than I ever knew I was and that it is very freeing to discover that about yourself.

She has also been through a divorce and that is when she bought her first house.
