Wow...is the one on Sunshine the house I liked? Can't remember anymore. Remember your realitor is working for you not the other way around. I'm sure she's getting a nice commission.
You should keep looking, you never know what might be out there. I remember when we were looking for our house, there was one we liked and we going back to look at it again. On our way there, the realitor called and said the people selling had changed their mind, BUT there was another house that she wanted to show us. I had already decided that the last house we looked at would be the last one till spring. The realitor said the house was empty and that it was close to where we looking so I said "OKAY" and had to track my H down to have him meet us THERE rather than the house that was no longer on the market.
That house, that I didn't want to look at was the one we purchased. It was one of those too good to be true deals, where the owner had dropped the price below the assessed price, had everything we wanted, was 13 years old but looked brand new inside and out (no kids). We happened to be the first ones to look at, so we put an offer in immediately.
Anyway, keep looking. Seems like some realitors get a little irritated if they have to work a little harder.
