I probably shouldn't have called her but there are a couple I really like and if they are good deals they are being snatched up.

The ones that are sitting you can pretty much figure are priced too high or are in bad shape.

I just don't want us to stall if we get turned down this evening.

I have found most of the listings we have went through not her. But I never thought of calling the listing agent for answers.
