Ok, need some advice here. How to DB my realtor!!!

She I know doesn't expect them to accept our counter offer.

So during lunch I have been looking at houses online and found some new listings. I called her just to let her know there are some new houses out there.

Dead silence on the line. Then she enquires, anything you can't live without? Maybe she was afraid I was going to back out on my offer not sure.

But I explained that I was just looking in case they didn't accept our offer and that I had found some new listings.

She very unenthastically said yes, there are always new listings. But lets wait and see what they say.

I said I intended too but just wanted her to know I was seeing some more that interested me.

She didn't seem too happy.

Last week she told me the average buyer goes through less than 6 houses. We have been through 26, but one of them has to be right for me! But maybe I haven't seen it yet.

So how do I handle my realtor? I really feel she just doesn't have time for me right now, but I do think she is good at what she does and she is always in a hurry so should get things done quickly.
