That was one of the criteria yesterday when discussing the four houses. Was resale if I decided I just don't like where I am at or my life changes again.
My mom and dad have lived in the house they are in ever since my dad built it after they got married. I don't think she is looking at this as something I could sell and move to a place more like what would be my first choice.
I had to make compromises because of what I could afford. But I wanted something that was still descent looking and that the shelties and I would be fairly comfortable living in. I think this is a nice well cared for house and it won't take near as long to CLEAN as this one does!!!
