So, basically he's poking the monster with the stick to see if it's still asleep.

Well, yesterday, he voluntarily told me what their plans were. Fishing and canoeing. I raved about how much fun it sounded like he was going to have. And then teased him about him never having been fishing before in his life.
He taunted me back with telling me that he'd been fishing so often in his life that it wasn't worth mentioning...then started listing all the kinds of fishing he'd done.
Some of which I'd never heard of!
So that was tons of fun.
And then I got him really good in Subway.
He made a comment about how he hates to use checks because there is a papertrail. He prefers cash. So I casually said, "Oh...well in that case, I guess I should stop writing stuff on your money."
He was floored and the look on his face had me giggling madly.
I got him good!
