Good Morning PIB,

Cool on having one of the papers already done. When do you have to have the second one done by?

So how did the working out go last night?

Is the diet that goes with BFL difficult to follow?

I really need to do something to get some exercise and try to get myself into some sort of descent shape so I don't tire so easily! Chasing those sheep Sunday wore me out!

Good Morning Pam!

Workouts continue to go great!

I'm still doing WW, so, can't answer the question on the Body-For_Life eating plan. I think they eat 6 small meals a day. Which I may incorporate with the WW. Not sure yet...

Thanks for visiting!

Hugs!

Thanks for visiting my thread PIB. Finals today?

I found a couple of interesting points in your sitch with H wanting to vanish. My W loves to go out with her girlfriends. I have always been supportive but hate when she is out late.

I get those fears that she is hiding something and makes me act in a manner that appears controlling. I enjoyed reading the posts that talked about this.

Thanks

Good Morning!

Ok, Pam, you asked for it!

Monkey has quit quitting smoking.

I'm hoping that he'll try again once he has made Body-for-life a habit.

No work on the Labyrinth, and classes start up again in August.

Husband is so wonderful. He treated me to Outback last night as a celebration for my "A".

Then we worked out. Focused on legs last night.

I love working out with him because I'm not the only one screaming in agony, trying to finish that last rep!

Very helpful!

I can feel such a huge difference in my PMA.

And he keeps grabbing me and kissing me passionately...making my knees go week.

So, I'm thinking it's affecting his PMA too!

Hugs!
