C has obviously seen (and read about....) the changes you made and she seems to like what she sees! Keep up the great work and keep us posted! It is a huge PMA boost to hear good things happening to others!

Well - I just got back from court and signed on to the IM and then within just a few mins. I get an IM from C. Just wanted to say hello. we did just a little chit chat and she went on with her work - but she contacted me first.
She told me that she was going to go to the airport tonight to pick up Sis, BIL neice and nephew from their vacation and bring them home. C told me last Saturday that she missed being able to pick up the cell and calling her. I guess she will have lots to tell her tonight.
Your idea of saying something good about C every day, to semeone else, is a good one. I know in my case I did not validate H enough, was pretty critical etc.
So maybe I should institute that practice as well?

I've been reading and learning much lately. One technique is not a "one size fits all" you have to moniter the techniques you use. throw out what doesn't work and keep what does!
good morning all - LNL, nitif and DEB - ... I was going to say "you don't know how much your support means to me", but then I think you all really do know as we all give support to each other. AND, the support is very much appreciated and needed.
Deb, I to am wondering about coming out of the dark (or grey) Letting her pursue seems to be working well. But I would think that I should do an initial contact with IM or something to continue to give her encouragement to continue to initiate contact with me. However, I do not think I should do more that she has done - i.e. since she has not called me at home at night to call then I should not call her but since she has IM-ed several times, then maybe I should initiate an IM to her?
Just wondering?
Anyway, PMA continues to be up. got a call from RE agent - closing is set for 3pm on June 23rd. Then I have to start all the moving, yuk! Oh Well, a necessary evil I guess. I do have plenty of time to get out of apartment tho, Lease ends on August 31.
