I guess I'm imagining that maybe she does know what turns her on but is ashamed/embarrassed/reluctant to admit it to you and maybe even herself. I am relatively HD and not very uptight but I've had persistent, obsessive fantasies that I've been embarrassed to admit. I have some that I still wouldn't admit. Perhaps in some situations, the inability to admit to many/any of her own fantasies would make a woman LD. I am just suggesting the books as a way to ease communication since there are certain common fantasies women share, not as a way for you to solve her problems by creating a fantasy life for her.
