Hi Dave, H and I also have a "date night" where a lot of mind games go on, which is why we decided to add a "spontaneous night" once a week as well. Somehow I remember a time when sex wasn't so calculated and negotiated... Anyway, there have been times when I have acted "asleep" on date night even though underneath I wanted the sex because I wanted H to jump through hoops for me. Ultimately, he told me in a very Schnarch-like way ( even though I am the one reading the book) he would not tolerate my mixed signals and I had better make it very clear to him I wanted sex.
