You have learned that Marriage takes a lot of work. That there are a lot of strategies and effor that goes into making it work. You have learned and are still learning...thanks to Michele and Divorce Busting. The place where your marriage to David ended up is a reflection on him and the relationship you had together...and you. Your efforts have affected the situation and the outcome. Perhaps not in the way you hoped...with the ultimate happy ending. But it DID affect it...for the good. Because of your efforts, you have the choice on whether or not you and David will remain friends. Without all the effort you put into your relationship...would this still have been the case?
