Hi,

Talked with Beth and she is sitting up for me to look at some houses this
week. Wondering if I find something I want to go ahead and make an offer on if
you would consider buying me out of our house?

I am not sure I would be able to get a loan as long as I am on the mortgage
on this house.

I figure if you could give me $xx now and the other $xx - $xx or
whatever after the house sells it would not be that much for you to refinance the house and you could get a better interest rate before it goes up any more.
