You are strong enough! During those times of clarity and rational thought, I know you realize your strength. And then heartbreak wells up and all that resolve seems to melt away. Dig deep my dear. Sword and shield. It’s not H you’re battling here.
Heartbreak produces a draw like that of heroin withdrawal. Healing / recovering from heartbreak is one of the most difficult paths to walk.
Focus on you. Stay strong girl.
