Sorry to hear that Keys I was in the same boat for months. The hugs the kisses the acting normal but leaving at the end of the night to go to his place, the watching movies the walks. It’s all a scam, they haven’t changed they are still in amongst their mess. Then out of nowhere they trigger and throw a “ nothings changed about how I feel, I still am done, you are smothering me” Yep H even said I was smothering him which is why he was acting that way ( even though I wasn’t and he was instigating stuff) Honestly try and not focus on it, try and let that rope go, otherwise they will absolutely pull on your heartstrings constantly and you will become someone you aren’t. Stay strong keep swimming and don’t let them bring you down
