Taking responsibility for myself - my priorities, my needs, my goals, my interests, my relationships, my health.

I have been exercising consistently: walking, hiking, strength and mobility, sports ๐Ÿ€ ๐Ÿ’

Following my nutrition plan: lots of veggies and fruits, good proteins and fats, water and coffee. Moderate alcohol. Some intermittent fasting.

Following up on addressing preventive health concerns with doctor.

Sleep has improved and Iโ€™m dealing with stress better.

Getting out and socializing with friends.

Healthy relationships with kids and my family.

Therapy sessions 1 to 3 times/week.

Updated wardrobe and regular grooming.

Journaling and processing emotions. Grieving, lamenting. Prayer and worship. Having lots of joy also.
