To my friends here, I'm sorry I haven't been posting much lately. My job is really busy, and my sister and BIL flew into town yesterday through the weekend. She came here to offer me help and support, and it took me all of 10 minutes to realize that she needs it more than I do. Trying to figure out what I can do to help her relax and wind down.
Things have been infinitely quiet with Mr. Wonderful. I just got off the phone with him to discuss our schedule this week/weekend since he's working overtime. It turns out that he's not going to be seeing the kids until Tuesday morning, and he's showing sadness about it. D10 leaves for VA next Friday for 2 weeks too.
I'm going to let him have some time in the cave. In the meantime, I'll be trying to work with my sister so that she feels more in control over the choices she has. She may not even see them as choices yet, because she and I both have a tendency to cling to the devil we know...
