First of all, understand that you have zero control over what she does or doesn't do.

None of this is new info from bomb night, and now her actions are matching her words.

This is part of the process. Not easy.

You can only control yourself, your actions, your words, today and in the future.

This is why you need to focus on yourself.

Do your best to accept that your marriage, as you knew it, is over.

You may have a chance to have a new marriage with your wife some time in the future

But, she needs to do this alone first.
