Get 5 (or more) guy friends to hang out with. I have been going to the new local pool hall, for the last several months. I make it a point to get to know one or 2 new people each time I go. I am sure you can do the same. Even if it is a different hobby.

I have 2 guy friends that talk on a deeper level (relationship issues, parenting, family drama etc). Find a couple of these. The are your emotional support now, not W.
