Also on our first date I explained to her my kids were very active and I am very involved. Also that I saw them a lot. The one thing that did throw her off and it’s no one’s fault. When I first met her I was living with my parents till I found a home. So my kids didn’t sleep over ever. So the first 10 months we go used to seeing each other all the time, me never having the kids for a weekend (until I bought my home) and we didn’t live together obviously, so me seeing her, I scheduled that around my kids activities. Again she didn’t feel like she was “second” to my kids. I saw her all the time one way or another. I hope this makes sense.
