Thanks Suited, I've ordered my copy of "The Way Of The Superior Man". From the reviews in Amazon it looks like the perfect "Now go do it" manual for the post Schnarchian man who' differentiating, can hold on to himself and self soothe but doesn't know WTF to actually DO. SD who's just ordered absolutely the very last psychobabble book he is ever going to buy - that is... until someone recommends an even better one.
