Tell her that you do not want to go out with someone related to people you work with. End of story. I would say it sooner rather than later and get that out of your head. It isnt right to make them think there is still a possibility.
As far as the job, dont put negative thoughts out to the universe. I believe if it is meant for you at this time, it will happen.
